For most of my projects I need to create sketches and graphics. While I still do a lot of first, quick sketches on paper for creating more variations or final graphics I use a graphic tablet and Photoshop.
It took some time getting used to it, but now I really enjoy drawing with my tablet.
While I do not use a lot of colour when I draw on paper, my digital drawings are almost always pretty colourful.
When I first started to draw in Photoshop and with a graphic tablet I was just skribbeling, trying to get used to the the tablet.
So here are some of my first works.
In my third semester I created my first 3D character Oskar and drew some concept art for him. The scene on the right took me forever since it was the first time I drew a whole scene instead of just a few sketches.
Not only do I like to take photos of nature and landscapes, I also like to draw it.
The sunset picture actually is inspired by a beautiful scene on my home from the stables one evening. My smartphone camera just could not capture the colours and mood right, so I decided to create a digital graphic of this wonderful moment.
The other drawing is a digital copy of a sketch I made on my way home.
